You’ll lead full-cycle hiring, with a primary focus on technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, etc.), while also supporting business hiring across functions. You’ll own the process, craft sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes with speed and quality.This role offers you a front-row seat in shaping our talent engine and culture while working directly with the CEO and senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and business rolesBuild and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, tech communities, and moreEngage and evaluate candidates for both technical acumen and cultural alignmentCreate and manage structured interview processes, scorecards, and candidate experiencesPartner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and deliver against hiring OKRsDrive employer branding initiatives and improve visibility in relevant communitiesBuild strong pipelines proactively for upcoming and critical rolesTrack and report key hiring metrics: funnel, TAT, sourcing effectiveness, quality of hireChampion tools and automations (ATS, CRM, analytics) to scale hiring operationsConduct market mapping, talent research, and competitive benchmarkingCollaborate with external agencies when necessary and drive accountabilitySupport onboarding, referrals, and early engagement of new hiresOwn strategic projects like building a TA playbook, revamping JDs, and improving D&I hiringYou’re a Great Fit If You Have:4+ years of TA experience with at least 2 years in technical hiring for SaaS/tech companiesProven success in sourcing and closing engineers, product managers, and other tech talentExperience hiring across stacks – MERN, DevOps, AWS, mobile, AI/ML is a huge plusStrong business acumen with ability to collaborate with leadership and hiring managersHigh accountability, urgency, and resourcefulness in meeting hiring targetsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbalComfortable working with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Sheets, and data dashboardsAn entrepreneurial mindset – adaptable, solutions-oriented, and thrives in chaosExperience working in startups or high-growth environments preferredPassionate about building culture, team, and scalable people systems from scratchWhat’s in Store for You?Exposure to Founders & Leadership: Direct access to decision-makersImpact at Scale: Build the core team that will define our culture and trajectoryHigh Ownership: Take end-to-end charge of hiring outcomesCareer Growth: Opportunity to grow into TA Lead / People Partner rolesBuild with Purpose: Join a startup with a real product, real revenue, and real usersDynamic Culture: We’re scrappy, collaborative, and dead serious about having fun at workNote: This role requires working from 3 PM - 1 AM  from our Pune office.Ready to build the future of trade-tech with us?
