Job descriptionThe role will play a strategic role to define and implement HR initiatives for the group's tissue/personal care products businesses in India. Reporting to the Country Head, the role will work on conceptualising HR strategies and executing them to produce tangible business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and align with business heads to formulate short to long term strategic HR plans in support of business and infrastructure project goalsWork with business stakeholders and HR teams to execute HR plans to produce tangible and sustainable business performanceBuild and develop human resource organization to support sustainable biz growthEnsure HR plans are aligned to the organization valuesLead and facilitate culture integration programsManage HR harmonization project with Parent groupPlay a leading role in talent acquisition and management and drive key HR processes – Manpower budgeting, performance management and talent development, employee engagement mandatesRequirementsAt least 10 years of proven hands-on HRBP experience working in a MNC or large corporate environment with manufacturing assetsPossessed deep working knowledge of India’s HR practices and manpower regulations Some exposure to Tissue, Personal Care and FMCG domain preferredStrong key stakeholder engagement skills is a pre-requisiteHas successfully manage across diverse culture and operating environmentsPossess good communication and presentation skillsBusiness savvy and able to translate business needs to HR plans Mobile and willing to travelGood team player and strong management skillsA good degree in any specialization
