This role involves close coordination with internal teams and active involvement in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end recruitment: resume screening, interview scheduling, and background verificationMaintain and update employee records and HR databases accuratelyAddress employee concerns and assist in conflict resolutionEnsure company-wide compliance with labor laws and internal policiesPrepare and present HR reports to management for strategic decisionsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in selecting the right candidatesCoordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidatesFacilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hiresHandle day-to-day administrative tasks and support general HR operationsAssist with disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policiesProvide guidance to managers on performance management and team developmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in HR or a similar roleSound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesHigh level of confidentiality and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
