The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale CRM implementations or upgrades, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Guides business teams in building efficient ERP processes.Leverages D365 (and future SAP) back-end knowledge for quick functional mapping and reporting.Leads data analytics team to deliver insights across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Production.Coordinates with ERP consultants, site operations, and IT for system enhancements and rollouts.Supports process design, SOPs, and WIPs for key areas like supply chain and manufacturing.Standardizes system documentation and customizes ERP training per site needs.Manages requirement gathering and system enhancements with global and site teams.Strengthens ERP knowledge across super users and key users.Supports transition from D365 to SAP from a functional perspective.Improves GxP documentation practices and compliance.Creates UAT scripts and facilitates testing with users.Assures GxP documentation (e.g., SOPs) is up to date.Assists during hypercare by clarifying system change requests.Identifies ERP standardization opportunities across sites.Ensures system interface integrity post-enhancement.Oversees cutover activities: data cleansing, updates, and migration.Extracts ERP insights to support Technical Operations decisions.Maintains cross-functional view of D365 projects and PMO tools.Why Join Us?Fully remote opportunityCollaborate with experienced global teamsOpportunity to lead strategic transformation projectsLong-term potential with contract extension
