Your mission will be to identify and onboard new clients across Europe, the UK, and other global markets seeking Microsoft-based digital solutions. This is a high-impact, performance-driven position withuncapped earning potential —you earn10% commissionon every successful client acquisition. You will receive full trainingon our services, ideal customer profiles, and proven sales strategies to ensure you’re set up for success.Compensation Structure:10% commissionon every successfully closed client engagement. Example: Close a project worth Contract Value of ₹10,00,000 and earn ₹1,00,000 in commission. No cap on earnings— the more you close, the more you earn.Job Details:Location:Remote Working Hours:(Flexible based on performance)Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential B2B clients needing Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, BC, FO), Azure, or web development services. Leverage LinkedIn, job portals, freelance platforms, and industry databases to build a solid prospect list. Client Outreach & Communication Initiate contact via email, calls, and social platforms. Understand client pain points and present Schwettmann’s tailored solutions clearly and persuasively. Proposal & Deal Closure Work closely with technical pre-sales teams to draft compelling proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope to close profitable deals. Relationship Management Nurture leads through consistent communication. Act as the first point of contact from introduction through onboarding. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline stages, and conversion data. Provide regular updates to management on lead status and performance metrics.Who We're Looking For:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development or IT sales (preferably international). Proven track record of closing deals with European or UK-based clients is highly preferred.Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written English communication. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Familiarity with CRM systems (D365 Sales) is a plus. Understanding of Microsoft technologies or the IT services industry is advantageous.
