Job Description: US IT Lead Recruiter:As an experienced US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing top IT talent for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the information technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. This is an individual contribution role and you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfil staffing needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Location:Hyderabad (Q-City).Job Type:Full time (Work from Office)Shift Timings:6:30 PM to 3:30 AMResponsibilities: 8 years of experience in the recruitment process for clients in the USA. Procure people for different IT Requirements with a strong source of Network. Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Solid experience in using ATS & VMS tools. Solid experience in working on Direct sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Stack, employee referrals, social media, and online job boards) Proactively identify and recruits passive job seekers. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for W2-based IT roles. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job intake to offer negotiation and onboarding. Good hands-on experience in Social Media recruiting. strong hands-on knowledge of MS Office/word/ Excel.Requirements: Experience in building the talent pool for the IT practices of the company. Must be comfortable working in EST and CST shifts. Experience in recruiting all tax terms, especially in W2. Knowledgeable about different US work Visas. Good understanding of technical requirements. Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have recruiting experience on technical positions for Local, State, and Federal Government clients, ensuring compliance with agency-specific guidelines and security requirements. Must have good connections and need to be active in LinkedIn on daily basis and need to be active in social networking sites. 75% W2 and 25% C2C.Education:UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Any Graduate.
