The organization plays a key role in enabling secure, accessible, and scalable banking and payment experiences through innovative technology platforms.Job Description:Purpose: This is a core sales role responsible for driving revenue through the promotion and distribution of payment products in the financial inclusion space. The candidate will work closely with corporate Business Correspondents (BCs), Channel Partners, and field teams to increase product penetration, onboard new partners, and ensure sustained transaction growth. The role also involves coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.Job Details:Experience: 6–8 years of proven sales experience in Payments, BFSI, or Financial InclusionLocation: MumbaiQualification: Graduation/Post GraduationSalary Bracket: 10-12 LPANotice Period: Immediate - 30 daysMandatory Skills:Must have proven sales experience in Payments, BFSI, or Financial Inclusion.Must have familiarity with India Stack (Aadhaar, eKYC, UPI, AEPS, etc.).Must have a strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new partners and Business Correspondents (BCs) to expand the inclusive banking channel.Promote and sell digital payment products like AEPS, UPI, FASTag to rural and semi-urban markets through partners.Drive transaction volumes and product usage at CSP points; ensure achievement of sales targets.Monitor CSP activity, analyze transaction trends, and implement strategies to improve productivity and retention.Coordinate with internal teams (tech, compliance, operations) to ensure product delivery, partner setup, and issue resolution.Track key performance metrics and prepare MIS reports to support decision-making.Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements in all partner operations.Generate income opportunities while optimizing costs to ensure product profitability.#BusinessDevelopment #Sales #PaymentBank #API #BFSI #Career #Hiring
