Job Title: Admissions & Partnership Development ExecutiveLocation: Vesu, Surat Company: Career Express () Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)Industry: EdTech / Career Counseling / Online EducationJob Summary:Career Express is seeking a dynamic and driven Admissions and Partnership Development Executive to support our student enrollment process and drive partnership initiatives with educators and institutions. The role involves converting leads into enrolments, coordinating with the marketing team, building referral networks, and actively participating in campaigns and outreach efforts.Key Responsibilities:Student Lead Management & ConversionFollow up with prospective students generated through online and offline marketing campaigns.Provide course details, address queries, and convert leads into confirmed enrolments for online classroom programs.Maintain and update lead status using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.Cold call potential students to introduce them to relevant programs.Digital Marketing Coordination:Liaise with the digital marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns.Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for better targeting.Collaborate on refining messaging or strategy based on real-time ground-level interactions.Business Development & Referral Network ExpansionIdentify and approach potential referral partners, including teachers, coaching class owners, and career counselors.Pitch collaboration opportunities, explain benefits, and onboard them into the referral program.Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners to encourage consistent referrals.Marketing Support & Campaign ParticipationActively participate in online/offline campaigns, webinars, seminars, and events to generate and nurture leads.Represent the brand in local promotional activities and career events as required.Requirements:• Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field (preferred: Marketing, Technology, Business).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.• Experience in telesales, academic counseling, or business development will be an advantage.• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.What We Offer:• Opportunity to work with a fast-growing EdTech brand.• Supportive team environment and growth-oriented culture.Exposure to both B2C and B2B aspects of educational sales.
