Document talk tracks, objection handles, metrics and tooling so the next hire can slot in and accelerate.Be the face of Squad. Replicate us in founder Slack groups, Product‑Led communities, and relevant events, feeding market insights straight back to the product.Requirements 3‑5 years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, owning prospecting and closing.Proven success selling to technical or product‑led buyers (PMs, Founder/CEOs, Solo builders). Confident storyteller able to translate abstract product strategy pain into clear monetary value. Comfortable building from zero – you love blank‑sheet autonomy and iterate quickly on data. Fluent in English (written & spoken). You write crisp, personalised outreach and handle consultative calls with ease.Familiar with modern sales tooling (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and happy to adopt new AI workflows.Resilient, self‑organised and energised by start‑up pace.
