The company has also been recognized for providing the largest number of ventilators by a private organization to the Indian Government during the COVID pandemic.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role located in various states in India for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a regional sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, meeting sales quotas, and preparing sales reports. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.QualificationsExperience in Medical Equipment SalesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Critical Care Medical EquipmentsAbility to analyze market trends and identify new opportunitiesProficient in using sales software and CRM systemsMust HaveAt least 5 years of sales experience in Medical DevicesGood track record in sales of Medical EquipmentDealer/Distributor Connections in the RegionManaged a team of at least 5 or moreKnowledge of Ventilator or other ICU equipment is a plus. Completed sales target of over Rs. 2 + Crore in a financial Year
