Specific requirement to travel for occasional in-person meetings as required to meet executives; Reasonable travel expenses will be paid based on actuals.  Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to coordinate daily business development activities, achieve growth and sales targets by designing and implementing strategic plans, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends.  Key Expectations: Communication: Excellent English and Hindi.1+ years of work experience in business development, including marketing, sales, and operations.Strong internal drive to grow and succeed.Tools: Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, World, Excel, CRM software’s.Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.Analytical, and strategic planning skills, along with in-depth product knowledge. Key Responsibilities – Business Development Officer: Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our products/services and understand their needs.Ability to identify opportunities, find prospects, reach out on various channels including email, phone, and social media, introduce our products/services and understand their requirements, schedule meetings, execute demos, negotiate contracts, sign contracts, increase customer engagement, and inside sales.Proactively maintain a high daily connect volume of leads to build a healthy pipeline.Support company strategy to drive business growth through multiple channels.Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives with key strategic accounts.Support key client meetings when required.Guide business development to drive business.Maintain a strong understanding of our services and keep up with trends.
