The role spans strategic outreach, business development, partner engagement, and programme design, supporting both the growth and delivery of our global residencies.This is a hands-on role for someone who brings initiative, structure, and sound professional judgement to every aspect of their work.The ideal candidate:Brings 5–10 years of working in a consulting environment (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK) or in an executive education environment (e.g. INSEAD, IMD, ISB, IIMs)Has a demonstrated ability to lead business development and deliver curated leadership programmes for senior-level clients and partnersWorks independently, anticipates needs, and follows through without supervisionCommunicates with clarity and professionalism, both in writing and in personUnderstands the tone and tempo of senior client relationshipsIs based in India or Asia, and is comfortable working remotely across time zonesTo express interestPlease email a brief cover note and your CV and LinkedIn profile to:
