The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Phacoemulsification and MSICS techniques. The role involves managing a busy OPD, performing surgeries across both paying and charitable wings, and contributing to the hospital’s mission of delivering high-quality eye care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and manage OPD efficientlyPerform high-volume cataract surgeries (Phaco and MSICS) with excellenceSupervise and train junior medical staff, if requiredCollaborate with other specialists in patient care and hospital initiativesDuty Timings:8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
