Every account we manage is treated with focus, ownership, and strategic depth.That’s why we’re hiring someone who can think critically, move fast, and take full ownership of client growth.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Planning, launching, and scaling high-performance campaigns on Meta & Google AdsAnalysing funnel drop-offs, audience signals, and creative hooks — not just tweaking CPCLeading day-to-day optimisation with a long-term growth mindsetCollaborating with internal designers & founders to test creatives and landing page anglesProactively suggesting experiments based on data (and having the logic to back them up)What We’re Looking For:2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketingManaged ₹50L+ in cumulative ad spendDeep understanding of ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and how to move these metricsAbility to think like a growth partner, not a task-takerComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentWe're a small team, doing big things — and we’re building this with people who genuinely care about the work.
