About Us:We are a specialist recruitment firm focused on placing top talent in the legal and intellectual property (IP) sectors. As we grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to help us engage candidates and book appointments with our recruitment team. This is a vital role that sits at the heart of our candidate experience.About the Role:As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to call potential candidates from our database and arrange introductory calls with our recruiters. You’ll be the first point of contact for many professionals and play a key role in building initial rapport and interest.Key Responsibilities:Call candidates daily from our internal database, job boards, or LinkedIn leads.Introduce our recruitment services and explain available job opportunities.Schedule appointments between interested candidates and recruiters.Update CRM with call notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions.Follow up with candidates who haven’t responded to emails or messages.Help maintain high candidate engagement and deliver a strong first impression of our company.Meet weekly call and appointment targets.Qualifications:1+ year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or recruitment support.Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills.Confident, clear, and friendly approach to engaging with professionals.Organized and able to follow scripts and call frameworks while sounding natural.Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online calendars (Google or Microsoft).Preferred:Prior experience calling professionals or candidates in a B2B or recruitment setting.Familiarity with legal, technical, or professional services industries.Working Hours:Flexible hours, but availability during business hours in your time zone is preferred.Minimum of 25–30 calls per day expected (full-time).Both full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) roles considered.What We Offer:Remote-friendly, flexible working arrangement.Clear bonus structure based on booked appointments and targets met.Training and scripts provided with opportunities for growth.Supportive and collaborative team culture.Please email harry@ and apply to this job through LinkedIn - we will not accept cold submissions direct through email
