Job Description

We’re seeking for a high performing Sales Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Sales team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, manage existing opportunities and establish new connections with future clients.Responsibilities:Expand customer base by independently identifying and selling prospects and leadsBuild strong partnership and relationships with prospects and customersResearch and analyze sales options, propose new modelsMaintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidanceIdentify and maintain buyer persona profilesManage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to commercial agreement closing, and serve as Account Owner post-salesDesign and deliver on key Sales KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisAnalyze buying trends and volumes, and prepare reports that summarize key trends and influence sales strategyIdentify product improvements and/or new products based on customer feedbackStay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, market activities and competitorsRequirements:5 years of experience working as a Sales Leader or similar role.3+ years’ experience in Technology SaaS company, Supply Chain, Logistics or Maritime industryProven record of successful deals closedGreat interpersonal and communication skillsWell-versed in MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT) and Salesforce or another CRM toolSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s successProficient at value-based sellingCritical thinker with problem-solving skillsHigh-energy with excellent presentation, negotiating and objection handling skillsCreative with good time-management skills
