This role involves making outbound calls to customers, gathering feedback, building rapport, educating them on our customer-first philosophy, and encouraging them to share their experiences through positive reviews on the platforms where they made their purchases.This is an ideal role for someone who is confident on the phone, passionate about customer satisfaction, and committed to delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to recent customers to collect feedback on their purchase and overall experience.Persuade customers in a courteous, professional, and genuine manner to establish trust.Educate customers on our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.Encourage happy customers to leave positive reviews on platforms such as Amazon, Best Buy, or on GoogleLog and report customer insights and feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.Follow up with customers to ensure that all concerns are addressed effectively.Take on other customer service or administrative tasks as assigned by the company.Role RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred in Communications, Business, or a related field)1–2 years of experience in customer service, outbound calling, or tele-experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a natural North American accentStrong persuasion, active listening, and customer handling skillsProficient in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and productivity tools (MS Office or Google Workspace)Strong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and follow processes.Must be ready to take on additional responsibilities as required.Must have a working laptop/system with a stable internet connection and a good quality headset.Must be willing to work Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.Additional Preferred QualificationsExperience working with eMobility products such as e-bikes and e-scootersFamiliarity with online marketplaces including Amazon, Best Buy, Google, Facebook Marketplace, and othersExperience with post-purchase customer engagement or review generation campaignsProven Track-record of after-sales engaging experience – impacting solidly and positively over web.
