Proficient in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and delivering strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.Producing technical requirements such as BRDs or User Stories, Requirements catalogues, and Process flows.Process Mapping, development of data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams, and other UML techniques.Interacting with end business users to gather the requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment documents.Created, maintained, prioritized, and managed the product backlog. Conducted workshops & product Demos with key business users and Underwriters to collect information on business processes and expectations.Managed cross-functional teams across several locations to deliver with speed and quality.
