About The Company:ARA's client is a premier interior design firm. It is a division of a very large and prestigious Bengaluru-based construction company. The company specializes in interior design, furniture manufacturing, and window care, offering services across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.They have close 900+ employees on its payroll and has presence across multiple cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad etc.The Role: AVP / VP – Sales Key Responsibilities:•Plan and lead pan-India sales strategy across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail interior segments.•Take full ownership of revenue generation across all verticals, including high end, economical, and turnkey interior projects.•Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing national sales and business development team, ensuring accountability and excellence.•Set and achieve revenue targets through robust forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance review mechanisms.•Establish and manage strong relationships with developers, architects, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and real estate partners.•Identify new markets and untapped geographies to expand national presence and client base.•Coordinate with internal teams—design, estimation, execution, and manufacturing—for seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.•Strategically plan and oversee presence at key industry forums, exhibitions, and client interactions.•Monitor market trends, client expectations, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and offerings.•Strengthen sales systems, including CRM adoption, reporting discipline, andoperational efficiency.Skills Required:•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities•Strategic mindset with ability to drive execution•Understanding of pricing models and project cost structures•Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools•Strong team player with excellent time management and planning skills.•High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrityQualifications and Experience:•MBA from a reputed business school.•15 +yrs of experience (preferably from the interior fit-out industry)
