Our primary objective is to provide services to our esteemed customers in land, plots, bungalows, flats, row houses, offices, and shops. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and reporting to senior management. The Sales Executive will be expected to conduct market research, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Understanding of the real estate industry and market trends Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in sales or real estate industry is a plus Familiarity with CRM software is desirable Salary 15000/- to 25000/- (Incentives and petrol allowance will be provided for offsite work as well) Experience Minimum 1-2 years Working Hours 9:00 AM-6:00 PM 10:00 AM-7:00 PM NOTE: It will be both an onsite and offsite job.
