Location: Andheri, Mumbai . 1. Client Handling and Closure Conduct client consultations by visiting sites with the carpenter to understand needs, preferences, and space constraints. Offer tailored design solutions that align with client expectations, budgets, and overall design aesthetics. Design modular kitchen layouts that optimize space, functionality, and efficiency. Prepare and share detailed drawings and quotations with clients for review and approval. Utilize design software to create and finalize accurate, visually compelling designs. Walk walk-in customers through store kitchen displays, accompanied by the store manager, to explain features and options. Follow up diligently with client’s post-consultation to ensure timely deal closures and project handover. Oversee the installation process to ensure quality standards are met and client expectations are fulfilled. Visit the site once during installation to confirm that all components are being placed as per the approved design and client requirements. 2. Architect and Designer Network Development Maintain and update a comprehensive database of architects and interior designers, property developers etc for potential business leads. Conduct regular visits (4 Visit daily) and maintain active communication with architects and designers to nurture relationships. Generate modular kitchen and wardrobe sales through a strong referral network within the architecture and interior design community. 3. Reporting, Feedback, and Business Improvement Provide regular reports, covering sales performance, client consultations, lead status, and project timelines. Track and update order statuses, document client feedback, and resolve after-sales service concerns promptly. Conduct post-installation feedback sessions with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement areas. Recommend and implement strategies to enhance design services, elevate the customer experience, and drive business growth.
