ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Planning, coordinating, directing, and monitoring the effectiveness of all food and beverage activities in the facility to meet the organization standards. Direct and coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan and execute menus. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively. Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Hotel Management Proven experience in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
