Urgent Requirement for Project Coordinator - Customer Success Location: Mumbai Company: Expenzing Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a Project Coordinator to help manage oversee, track, and execute support of multiple client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of the project, including activities, resources, equipment, and information. Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Ensure client expectations are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate for Billing and collections. Develop and Main good relationship with Internal and External Stakeholders. Track project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Partner with Project Managers / Account Managers to identify and remove any roadblocks. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and reports. Assist in resource allocation and the scheduling of tasks to ensure timely delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar project coordination role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Project Master tool Excel, etc.) Basic understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus.
