As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our passionate team in Chennai. Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Specialist with a strong background in Field sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to pitch, close deals, and drive software subscription growth through field visits and strategic customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to engage potential clients and present product demonstrations. Deliver elevated and compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs. Identify business opportunities and manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure. Drive adoption of Kriips' Bistrobot restaurant management software. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using Zoho Bigin and other CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams for continuous customer success and feedback incorporation. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales. Experience in selling to restaurants or hospitality clients is a strong advantage. Excellent field sales and negotiation skills. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Zoho Bigin. Basic technical knowledge and ability to explain software features clearly. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Annual Salary: ₹5.4 LPA Attractive Incentive Structure based on sales performance. 2-Month Probationary Period prior to confirmation. Immediate joiners preferred.
