We're Hiring: Senior Associate – PPT/Graphics Designing Location: Noida One (Work from Office) Type: Full-Time We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Associate – PPT/Graphics Designing to join our content and academic support team. This role demands a strong visual sense, the ability to simplify complex information, and proficiency in presentation design using modern tools like Canva and AI-based design platforms. About the Role: As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for designing engaging and impactful PowerPoint presentations, academic content visuals, and other learning support graphics. You will collaborate closely with content teams, faculty, and operations to transform ideas into clean, compelling visual formats for students and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations aligned with academic content and brand standards Use Canva and AI tools to create graphics, infographics, and quick-turn visuals for internal and live class use Support the academic and studio operations teams by designing class-related visual assets (presentations, thumbnails, worksheets, posters, etc.) Simplify complex academic content into visually digestible slides and graphics Maintain design consistency across all materials and support version control for updated content Collaborate with faculty, content creators, and backend teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions Maintain a strong turnaround time while ensuring quality, structure, and accuracy in output Support bulk creation, formatting, and clean-up of presentations as required Stay up to date with design trends and incorporate them where appropriate in educational content Requirements: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and at least one AI-based design tool Strong design sense with attention to typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Prior experience in presentation design, educational graphics, or e-learning content is preferred Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with clear prioritization Basic knowledge of academic content structuring and visual storytelling is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Must be available for full-time, in-office work from Noida One If you have a strong eye for design, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy turning complex ideas into clean, visual narratives — we’d love to hear from you.
