We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our brand's online presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media strategy, content creation, audience engagement, and analytics to drive brand growth and visibility. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging and on-brand content (graphics, captions, videos, reels, etc.) Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to maintain consistent online presence Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices Manage social media budgets and paid promotions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) Experience with content creation and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, AdobePhotoshop and Illustrator) Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Creative thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
