We are looking for a sharp and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations, drive key decision-making with data, and ensure robust fiscal governance. This role demands strong business acumen, analytical clarity, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across the business. Present insights that influence strategic choices.Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to provide financial inputs and drive performance improvements.Compliance & Controls: Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting. Oversee internal controls and risk management processes.Reporting & Insights: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Deliver dashboards and reports to senior leadership and board.Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure healthy financial sustainability.Strategic Projects: Support fundraising, M&A due diligence, cost optimization, and other high-impact initiatives.Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a lean finance team. Drive process improvements and technology adoption in finance operations.QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in financial modelling, business analysis, and board-level reporting.Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and tax compliance.Proficient in Excel, financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho), and BI tools.
