Experience: 5 to 6 Years (including 4+ years in AI-first systems)Location: RemoteType: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and innovation-driven Agentic AI Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development and a deep focus on building AI-first systems using LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agent Orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end development and deployment of intelligent agents and copilots capable of complex reasoning, decision-making, and task automation. Key ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI, LLM Orchestration & Chatbot IntegrationDesign and deploy LLM-based Agents and Copilots using LangChain and LangGraph.Build multi-agent workflows with tool calling, memory management, routing, and contextual reasoning.Integrate RAG pipelines for intelligent document and knowledge base retrieval.Apply prompt engineering, context chaining, and API-based agent tooling for task orchestration.Integrate agents with chat interfaces to power intelligent, AI-driven chatbot assistants.Own full lifecycle of agent development — from concept to production deployment and monitoring.Machine Learning & SegmentationEnd-to-end ML experience with custom model training, especially for image segmentation (UNet).Build ML pipelines covering data preparation, augmentation, training, evaluation, and retraining.Apply models across computer vision, NLP, recommendation systems, and real-time inference.Embeddings & Vector DatabasesGenerate embeddings using OpenAI, HuggingFace, and custom encoders.Work with FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, and other vector databases.Design and deploy semantic search, question-answering, and retrieval-augmented workflows.Backend & Cloud IntegrationIntegrate backend services with UI and internal tool chains.Strong hands-on experience with Python, building scalable, maintainable backend systems.Develop and expose AI agents using FastAPI, following clean architecture and async programming.Deploy solutions on AWS EC2, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.Integrate agents into production environments, ensuring seamless handoff to frontend applications (Angular, React Native, etc.). Nice to HaveDatabase & Data EngineeringExperience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL for structured and unstructured data.Integration of databases with agent pipelines and dynamic query interfaces.Leadership & CollaborationLed cross-functional teams of 3–4 developers in AI and full-stack projects.Active involvement in architecture planning, code reviews, mentoring, and agile sprint execution.
