We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer or Architect to lead the development of GenAI-powered capabilities for an HR-focused SaaS product currently in its MVP phase. The role requires a strong understanding of text-based generative models and conversational AI to build intelligent, agentic experiences that enhance HR workflows.
