As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions that drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Product Strategy:Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.Ensure that the product strategy addresses market needs and supports the company’s growth plans.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams to achieve product goals.Market Research and Competitive Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.Use insights to inform product development and positioning.Performance Monitoring and Data-Driven Decisions:Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success of the product portfolio.Make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.Product Development and Quality Assurance:Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful execution and delivery.Thought Leadership and Expertise:Provide thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert in the product domain, both internally and externally.Represent the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, customers, and industry professionals.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from Tier 1 institute.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience in delivering products from 0-1 would be a plus.Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, agile environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Passionate about innovation, with a keen eye for emerging technologies and market trends.If you are passionate about product management and revenue intelligence and are looking for an exciting new challenge, we want to hear from you.
