As the world’s leading audio series platform with 130M+ listeners, we're pioneering a new frontier: an AI-powered platform that transforms scripts into cinematic audio dramas.We're looking for a Generative Audio Systems Engineer to help us build end-to-end systems that blend sound design, music generation, and AI-powered storytelling at scale.We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Film Poster Designer to craft visually stunning and concept-driven promotional posters for our films and web series. The ideal candidate must have a strong design aesthetic, deep understanding of cinematic language, and hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, MidJourney, Runway ML, and Canva.Key Responsibilities:Design engaging and high-impact posters, key art, thumbnails, and social media creatives for films and trailers.Translate a film’s theme, tone, and storyline into compelling visual narratives.Collaborate closely with directors, writers, and marketing teams to understand the brief and target audience.Use AI tools like MidJourney and Runway ML to generate creative concepts and iterate on visual styles.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency.Adapt designs for various formats (vertical, horizontal, print, social, etc.).Stay updated with design trends in the entertainment and streaming industry.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or Premiere for motion posters).Familiarity with AI-based tools like MidJourney (for concept art) and Runway ML (for image/video generation).Experience using Canva for quick edits and presentations.A strong portfolio showcasing poster design or cinematic artwork.Creative storytelling ability through visual design.Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.Attention to detail and the ability to take constructive feedback.
