Our mission is to deliver high-impact workforce solutions to help our clients scale efficiently and competitively.We are seeking a goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in the recruitment and staffing space.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients in need of recruitment/staff augmentation services across IT, non-IT, Healthcare, Pharma etc.Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn), lead generation, and market research.Understand client requirements, workforce plans, and hiring pain points to propose customized staffing solutions.Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely fulfillment.Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities.Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools and regular reporting to management.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in business development or sales in the recruitment / staffing industry (client augmentation focus preferred).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.
