Job Title: Associate Recruiter (US Staffing) - only FreshersLocation: Permanently Remote (anywhere in India)Work Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST/ 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM ISTRemote: Permanent Remote working from home anywhere in India; preferably North India.Compensations - 15k+ incentivesWe (Infosoft) are looking for Talented Candidates who can immediately join our Company for Associate Recruiter positions.Infosoft is a US Staffing Company with headquarters in California along with Offshore and Onshore branches. We work with direct clients in various verticals like Aerospace, Automotive, IT, NON-IT, Pharma, Clinical, Health Care, Scientific, Medical Devices, Engineering, and Federal & State Clients.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably B.Tech./BCA or similar technical degree) or similar field0-6 Months of previous experience in staffing/BPO/RPO/KPO in the voice/call/chat processFluency in spoken & written EnglishHaving a good internet connection (broadband/wifi with atleast 40 MBPS speed or higher speed)Having a computer/laptop (atleast i3/Ryzen 3 or higher processor) with at least 4GB RAM (preferably 8GB)Good understanding of Boolean search concepts & US Time zone.Good to know the US Visa type and tax terms.An isolated/dedicated space at home to work without disturbance and call 60-70 candidates every dayHighly interested in pursuing a career in Recruitment Looking for a long-term career with InfosoftResponsibilities:Responsible for handling Engineering/IT / Non-IT requirementsResponsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, qualifying, interview scheduling, and offer negotiationSourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of candidate submittals into interviews and placementsResponsible for the strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
