We connect customers and designers with verified dealers of furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, and more—bridging the gap between digital browsing and physical buying. Our growing presence in Mumbai is backed by a lead-generation engine that drives real traffic to real stores.Role Overview: We’re hiring a B2B Sales Manager to lead dealer acquisition, manage local partnerships, and drive our on-ground expansion strategy. This role requires hands-on sales execution, team coordination, and sharp judgment in identifying high-potential store partners across categories like furniture, sanitaryware, lighting, and decor.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard dealerships and retail outlets that fit our platform's quality and geography criteriaPitch as a lead generation partner and close long-term collaborations with store ownersOversee dealer onboarding: collecting product details, coordinating cataloguing, and managing timelinesSupervise and guide the internal sales support and data entry team to ensure dealer profiles go live smoothlyMaintain active relationships with store partners and act as the escalation point for service-related concernsCollaborate with the leadership team on territory expansion plans, performance tracking, and local marketing effortsRequirements:2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in interior design, building materials, B2B SaaS, or retail-tech platformsExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close dealsStrong organizational and coordination ability; team management experience preferredProficiency in English and Hindi is required; Marathi and Gujarati communcation skills is a strong plus for regional dealer interactionsFamiliarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM toolsBased in Mumbai; city travel requiredCompensation: ₹35,000-₹50,000/month (Based on experience)Local travel reimbursementsWhy Join :Work with an early-stage startup solving real problems in a traditional industryHigh-impact role with autonomy, visibility, and the ability to grow with the companyCollaborate directly with founders and shape Thinkhome’s expansion in key Indian citiesBe part of a digital-first movement transforming the interior design ecosystemTo Apply: Send your CV to hey@ or apply via LinkedIn
