Job Description

Elix Botanica is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Sales & Marketing Specialist who will directly contribute to growing the brand’s customer base, driving revenue through digital and offline channels, and enhancing brand presence across touchpoints. This is a highly execution-focused role suited for someone who understands the pulse of Indian consumers—especially urban men and women aged 30+—and wants to be part of building a premium skincare brand from the ground up.You’ll work closely with the founder and external partners to execute marketing initiatives, boost direct-to-consumer sales, and support new product launches with integrated go-to-market strategies.Responsibilities:Coordinate digital-first marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, influencer, email, and affiliate channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate with creative and content teams to roll out high-performing creatives, product pages, and conversion-optimized landing pages.Monitor and analyze performance marketing data (ROAS, CAC, CTR, retention, etc.) and work with digital marketing agencies to optimize campaigns.Support sales strategies via WhatsApp marketing, website conversions, performance funnel optimization, and CRM tools.Stay updated with competitor activities and skincare market trends, especially related to grooming and premium D2C wellness products.Contribute to community engagement on social media platforms by sourcing UGC, testimonials, and brand stories that drive trust.Ensure all customer-facing touchpoints reflect Elix Botanica’s premium brand voice and visual aesthetic.Qualifications/ Requirements:2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and sales, ideally with a D2C personal care, skincare, or lifestyle brand.Strong understanding of Meta Business Suit and Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, CRM tools, and analytics platforms like GA4 and Hootsuite.A good grasp of performance marketing metrics and the ability to translate insights into action.Hands-on approach to execution with an ability to manage multiple workstreams (agencies, partners, content calendars, etc.).Excellent communication and organizational skills; self-motivated with a bias for action.Passion for skincare, clean beauty, and wellness—especially with a sensitivity to male skincare behavior in India.A growth mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.Why Work with Elix BotanicaWork directly with the founder and a lean, passionate team.Get a front-row seat to building a premium brand from zero to scale.Think you're the right fit?Let’s build Elix Botanica together.
