From securing impactful partnerships to developing IPs and scaling creator careers, Represent is where business meets creativity.Role Overview:We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Lead to join the Represent team. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue through brand partnerships, creating long-term value for talent, and developing fresh IPs that merge talent creativity with brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities (KRAs):Outbound Brand Deals:Proactively pitch talent to potential brands and agencies.Crack outbound brand deals and consistently meet/exceed monthly revenue targets.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance.Long-Term Partnerships:Strategize and close long-term, meaningful brand collaborations for key talents.Negotiate commercials and deliverables in alignment with talent positioning and brand goals.Talent-Led IP Creation:Ideate and execute branded IPs (Intellectual Properties) in collaboration with talents and brands.Work with internal creative and strategy teams to develop sellable formats and pitches.Talent Onboarding:Identify and onboard emerging and established creators that align with Represents ethos.Build strong relationships with new talents and nurture their brand journey.You’re a great fit if you:Have experience in BD within the influencer marketing, talent, or media spaceAre a strong communicator and persuasive negotiatorThink creatively and can connect brand briefs with talent capabilitiesAre organized, target-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environmentUnderstand digital media trends, platform dynamics, and content creation
