This role involves handling inbound calls from prospective and current tenants, creating work orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Strong English communication skills are essential, and an American accent is preferred. Spanish language proficiency is a plus and will be rewarded with a 10% salary premium.Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls from tenants and prospects in a professional and friendly mannerCreate and manage work orders in the system based on tenant requestsProvide accurate information about property availability, leasing terms, and amenitiesDocument all interactions and follow up as neededCollaborate with the U.S. leasing team to ensure seamless communicationMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service qualityQualifications:Excellent spoken and written English; American accent preferredSpanish language skills are a strong advantageHaving Yardi CRM experience is an advantage Prior experience in leasing or property management is a plusComfortable working night shifts aligned with PST hoursStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
