Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Customer Support and Social Media Posting & Lead Generation Specialist to manage our customer inquiries, promote company initiatives on various social channels, and support lead-generation campaigns. The successful candidate will help drive the company’s brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to generating high-quality leads across all platforms.Job Description:Social Media Management & Lead Generation:Develop, design, and post engaging image and video content across company websites and social media profiles including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other community groups. Average design and post 4-5 contents per day on various platform.Prepare and post content related to company achievements, seasonal campaigns (Mother's Day, Women’s Day, etc.), and important milestones.Generate 4-5 qualified leads for various channelsImplement a monthly plan to generate leads using digital marketing tools and social channels.Support outreach campaigns, sales initiatives and special promotions.Customer Support & EngagementRespond promptly to customers’ inquiries via social media messages, emails, and company website forms.Maintain an active presence on all designated social platforms to enhance customer experience and drive retention.Gather and report common inquiries to help improve products and services.Content Development & Article PostingWrite and publish weekly articles on multiple platforms including company websites and LinkedIn Newsletters.Focus article content on certification programs, product updates, and company initiatives.Salary - Rs 3.6- 4 lacs p.aLocation - India (Remote)Skills & Experience RequiredMust be good in canvaGood in englishProven experience in social media management and digital marketing.Strong writing and editing skills for article creation and post captions.Ability to multitask and manage different communication channels efficiently.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with exceptional time management skills.Perks and benefits:Mobile Allowance: At actual [You will be provided a dedicated International Phone Number]Performance bonuses: It will depend on both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria.Provident Fund: 5% company contribution for permanent employees.
