You'll gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, candidate relationship management, and recruitment coordination. Responsibilities: Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Draft and publish compelling job advertisements across various job portals and social media platforms to attract top talent. Conduct resume screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Actively engage in candidate relationship management, maintaining communication and rapport with prospective and active candidates throughout the hiring process. Leverage social media and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage passive candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-ups. Support the team with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and maintaining documentation. Conduct basic research and market mapping to identify potential talent pools and recruitment channels. Requirements:A genuine passion for Human Resources, with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic familiarity with recruitment platforms (preferred but not mandatory). Note: -This is a full-time remote position, beginning with a probationary period of four months. During the probation period, a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 will be offered. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, and subject to satisfactory performance, the position will be converted to Talent Acquisition Executive, with a revised monthly compensation of INR 18,000.
