Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 6+ YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing Artificial Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with hands-on expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves leading the development and deployment of ML models in production and collaborating across teams to build intelligent solutions that drive business value.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based architectures for a variety of NLP tasks.Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for ML model training and inference.Lead end-to-end model lifecycle: experimentation, validation, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.Conduct rigorous model evaluations, interpretability assessments, and A/B testing to ensure reliability and accuracy.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply innovative solutions where appropriate.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI system development.Proven expertise in working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or similar).Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.Solid knowledge of data modeling, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques.Experience deploying ML models in production environments using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.Nice to Have:Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for LLM application development.Publications or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
