For more detail, visit our website Position: HR ExecutiveLocation – Golf Course EXT, Sector-58, GurugramNo of Positions – 5Department : Human Resource Education- MBA Requirements: Be actively involved in end to end recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting on various job portals and managing the hiring process Experience in shortlisting candidates from Naukri Resdex Shortlist candidates profiles according to the required job description Interview candidates and assess candidates whether their skill sets are as per the requirement Schedule interview of selected candidates Co-ordination with client Issue offer letter to selected candidates Create and implement effective on boarding plans Maintain documentation of candidates Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Assist in performance management processesRequirements Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus Good knowledge of using LINKEDIN & Tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics and reliabilityPlease share your CV @ hr@
