One of our SaaS portfolio companies is looking for a Senior leader to join the business and drive all commercial activity for fast-growing SMB/Mid-Market companies.ResponsibilitiesOwn overall strategy across core revenue targets and partnershipsHelp drive GTM strategy across channels and markets for the businessManage a team of close to 20 to drive all commercial activityMonitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes and other revenue operationsOwn quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demosOwn sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboardsQualificationsAt least 7 to 10 years of sales experience is preferredSome prior experience managing a small team would be preferredPrior experience selling into mid-market would be preferredPrior experience growing teamsTechnology or Start-up experienceProactive and hustler mentalityPlease apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
