Job Description: Presentation DesignerCompany: Team Flexbox (OPC) Private LimitedLocation: Remote (Work from Home)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: INR 40- 45k per month (based on experience)Working Days: Monday to FridayWork Timings: 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Note: International client meetings may require workingbeyond standard hours & 8-9 Hours effective work commitment, which should not include yourbreaks). Role Overview: Team Flexbox is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our team.You will be crucial in transforming complex ideas into visually compelling Pitch Decks thateffectively communicate our value propositions to clients, investors, and stakeholders. This role offersthe unique opportunity to work with international clients, enhancing your global exposure andprofessional growth. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-quality pitch decks, presentations, and other visual materials usingMicrosoft PowerPoint and Figma.• Translate complex concepts into visually engaging slides with clear messaging and impactful visualstailored to diverse client needs, including international clients.• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and leadership, to gather requirementsand ensure design alignment with company goals.• Utilize Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design tools to create customgraphics, icons, and layouts.• Ensure brand consistency across all presentations and adhere to design guidelines.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising onquality.• Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into presentations.• Communicate effectively with the team and clients, ensuring clarity in design objectives andadapting to international client requirementsQualifications:• Proven experience in pitch deck design, presentation design, or graphic design, preferably withexposure to international clients.• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).• Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.• Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects.• Strong communication skills in English• Flexibility to adjust work hours for international client meetings when required.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. Why Join Team Flexbox? • Flexible work-from-home environment.• Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and innovative team.• Global exposure through projects with international clients.• Competitive salary with growth opportunities.• 5 Days Working Only join if you're ready to grow, contribute, and thrive with us! Process for Application : 1.
