As a Career counselor, your main responsibility will be to reach out to prospective students and parents, providing guidance on best career path and about our courses.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential students/parents to introduce our tutoring services.Information Provision: Clearly explain course details, benefits, and enrollment procedures.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for further follow-up by the sales team.Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.Record Keeping: Accurately enter and update call details, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.Customer Service: Address basic queries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from callers to help improve our services.Required skills and QualificationsEducation: Education: Minimum 10+2 , graduates preferred.Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hindi is a bonus).Attitude: Positive, patient, and eager to help others.Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM software.Additional Information:No sales targets or pressure to meet quotas.Incentives are performance-based and not tied to targets.Work location is easily accessible via public transport at Kottigepalya Bus Stop, Bangalore.Two monthly leaves provided for work-life balance.Join our team and help more students achieve academic success with Karnataka’s leading online tutoring platform!
