This position is ideal for students and recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in client operations and business support. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams to support client delivery processes, communication, and project coordination in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & ExecutionSupport the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives.Monitor, track, and record all sales activities, including client communications, follow-ups, proposal submissions, and deal closures.Client Coordination & Relationship ManagementFacilitate daily client interactions, ensuring prompt and professional follow-ups.Assist in managing project timelines, task lists, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates.Operational SupportMaintain accurate client documentation and ensure data consistency across reports and systems.Coordinate meetings and schedules via tools like Google Calendar and Slack.Work collaboratively across departments to enhance workflow efficiency and optimize operational processes.Tools & Technologies:Slack (team communication)Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Calendar, GmailLinkedIn, Pyjama HR & Indeed (for client-facing research/support)Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge)Strong online research skills and a willingness to learn new tools
