Our mission is to build high-performance, scalable technologies that adapt to a fast-changing AdTech landscape, supported by a globally distributed, flat-structure team committed to tangible results.Role OverviewCollaborate with the technical lead and architect to build core backend systems for programmatic RTB, SSP, and ADX platform modules.Design and develop API endpoints to handle high-frequency bid requests and real-time bidding workflows.Implement OpenRTB protocol integrations with external DSP/ADX partners.Build scalable, fault-tolerant modules for bid filtering, auction logic, floor price management, fraud filtering, and reporting pipelines.Work with distributed data pipelines to handle traffic logs, impression events, click data, and revenue reporting.Participate in system performance tuning, load testing, debugging, and continuous optimization.Produce clean, maintainable code with full documentation.Key Responsibilities3+ years backend development experience (Java, Golang, Node.js, or Python preferred).Strong experience in building RESTful APIs, HTTP protocol understanding, microservices architecture.Solid knowledge of backend system design, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar), caching (Redis), messaging systems (Kafka).Experience building high-traffic systems handling large scale data streams or transactional pipelines.Good English reading and writing ability (documentation and internal communication).Self-motivated and reliable working in a fully remote environment.Bonus Points (Preferred but not required)Previous experience in AdTech platforms, programmatic advertising, RTB, SSP, DSP integrations.Exposure to OpenRTB protocol implementation.Experience working with high-frequency bid request systems or real-time data pipelines.Experience in fraud detection, traffic filtering, anti-cheat systems.Familiarity with Clickhouse, ElasticSearch, or real-time analytics pipelines.
