TheHuman Resources Operations Specialistwill be responsible for managing payroll processes, handling employee benefits, leaves management, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.Day-to-day tasks include processing payroll, resolving payroll discrepancies, performing finance checks and providing HR support to employees. Additionally, the role involves managing employee records and administering leave programs and policies.Qualifications Proficient in GreytHR and Zoho Books Proficient in India and Singapore Payroll, Leave Management Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Expertise in Employee Benefits and Employee Relations Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multi-task and support other HR functions Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience in payroll management and HR systems
