Build a voice so strong, it walks into the room before we do. What You'll DoBrand Strategy– Architect the brand’s identity and narrative from the inside out. Shape how we show up in the world. Content & Comms– Be the pen behind the punch. Write founder’s notes, investor decks, campaign narratives, social posts, press releases — the works. Internal Comms– Make sure our internal vibe matches our external image. Rally the troops with clear, bold messaging. Creative Collab– Work with design, marketing, and growth teams to bring ideas to life with flair and finesse. Voice of the Founder– Help the founder articulate vision, values, and bold ideas with sharp messaging (ghostwriting required). Crisis Whisperer– Handle sensitive moments with smart, strategic messaging when sh*t hits the fan. Who You AreAstoryteller at heartand astrategist by training . 1-5 years of experience in brand strategy, content, or communications – preferably in startups, agencies, or chaos-adjacent environments. Can switch between writing a LinkedIn post, a keynote script, and a crisis comms doc without breaking a sweat. Fluent in Brand (yes, with a capital B) – tone, consistency, voice, aesthetic. Obsessed with clarity. Allergic to jargon. EQ > IQ. But you’ve got both.
