Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of School at Treamis International School, located in Bengaluru. The Head of School will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs, managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum plans, and leading the educational strategies of the school for IB and Cambridge programs from EYP to IBDP and A Level. The role includes maintaining high standards in teaching and learning, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, and ensuring effective communication with parents, staff, and the wider community. The Head of School will also collaborate with stakeholders on continuous school improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership skills Strong background in Education and a commitment to high educational standards Effective Communication skills Experience in Research and implementing evidence-based practices Proven experience in school administration and management Experience in IB-PYP and IBDP authorization and evaluation process Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Educational Leadership, or a related field Experience in managing an international school
