Job Overvie w Job Title : National Sales Role Location : Delhi Industry : Manufacturing Salary - 40 LPA Experience in Sales - Cable Industry, Building material industry will be prefered Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the national B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets. • Identify and build strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, OEMs, and industrial buyers. • Oversee and manage a pan-India sales team for industrial business, ensuring performance, training, and motivation. • Expand distribution and dealer network across target industries such as construction, safety, Engineering project companies, shipping, agriculture, etc. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. • Drive sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and budgeting in coordination with sales teams. • Ensure alignment between regional sales strategies and national objectives. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and new product launches. • Monitor key sales KPIs and ensure CRM tools are effectively used by the team. • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with large clients. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. • 8–15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial consumables (e.g., ropes, cables, fasteners, tools or similar). • Proven track record in leading national/regional sales teams and exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of industrial B2B sales cycles, dealer/channel models, and customer acquisition. • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel nationally as required. Preferred Industry Background: • Ropes, wires, cables, lifting and rigging equipment • Industrial consumables / hardware / tools • Marine, construction, mining, agriculture, or OEM supply sectors
